All orders are shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Orders are processed within 2 business days. We gladly accept international orders. We ship at a flat rate of $50. Please note sea-ny.com is not responsible for any duty charges that may be applied on international shipping orders. International packages will arrive in 2-10 business days, depending on country. All International orders must have the same billing and shipping information.
Notice: Please note processing and shipping delays may happen occasionally, especially during peak holiday shopping season or during a high volume sale event.

Two Day, Next Day & Same Day shipping orders must be submitted by 1:00pm EST. If the order is placed before 1:00pm EST then you can use the chart above to see when it will arrive. If the order is placed after 1:00pm EST then add one additional business day. All Express orders are shipped with a signature required.
Returns & Exchanges
Once an order has been placed on the site we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Sea purchase, we will issue a refund. We will only accept returns on merchandise that is new, unworn, unwashed and with all security/garment tags attached and accompanied by all original packaging. Please be sure to NOT remove the security tag, as it must remain attached in order for a return to be accepted. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
In the case of a return for a web credit: the web credit expires one year after the original date of issue.
This excludes Final Sale items which may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. sea-ny.com does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to any promotions.
To request a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please include your name and order number. If you have met the above return deadlines, we will issue a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and return address information. An RMA is issued solely as a preliminary return management measure. Please note: an RMA does not guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be worn, damaged or otherwise not in the original condition.
To complete your return, write your RMA number on the shipping confirmation, put the shipping confirmation slip in your return package, and ship the merchandise back to us within 3 days of receiving your RMA. Please remember to include all original packaging including tags, hangers and bags. Once your package has been received, and the returned item has been deemed in original condition, your refund will be processed in the same form of original payment. This process may take 5-8 business days. If we do not receive your return in a timely manner, we will not accept it, and we will not refund your purchase price. We recommend returning all items to the sea-ny.com warehouse with a traceable tracking number. Please save your tracking number in the event you need to track your return package. We are not responsible for items lost in transit to our warehouse. We will not refund your purchase price in the event our warehouse does not receive the return.
All in-store pick-ups must be picked up from the store within 14 days. If an order is not picked up within the 14 day time frame, a web credit will be issued and the merchandise will be returned to our warehouse. No refunds will be permitted.
For international returns any customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on return shipments that pass through customs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes that are paid at checkout are nonrefundable. For packages that are refused at delivery, customers will still be responsible for all duties, taxes and shipping costs to and from the United States. These costs will be deducted from the customer return.
Please note that international orders that pre-pay duties & taxes at checkout cannot receive a split shipment if the order contains an in-stock item and a pre-order item. Both items will ship when the pre-order style arrives.

Returns In Store
For your convenience, we now accept returns for online orders at our 324 Canal Street store. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your purchase to request a return & RMA number prior to processing a return at our store. If an RMA has not been issued, we unfortunately cannot accept your in store return. In store returns will only be accepted if returned is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
In Store Pick-Up Orders
For your convenience we now offer in store pick-up at our flagship location at 324 Canal Street. Available during store hours Monday-Friday 11am-7pm.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Normal return policy applies for all 'Pre-order' orders.
